Thank you for shopping with Daisy Duke Dogs. This page explains how we make, ship, and deliver your order. Because every custom item is made just for you, the total time you wait is the sum of production time and transit time.
Production Time
Each custom order is crafted to your specifications after it is placed. Standard production time is 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Larger orders or items with complex personalization may take slightly longer; if so, we will reach out before production begins.
Shipping Methods, Rates & Transit Time
We currently ship exclusively within the United States via USPS.
- Economy Shipping (5-8 business days): $4.99 flat rate for orders up to $40.00.
- Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders of $41.00 or more.
- Note: Certain specialty items (such as the Dog Mom Earring Box) may qualify for free shipping at a lower threshold ($26.01+).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that transit times are estimated by the carrier and may be affected by weather or carrier capacity.
Order Confirmation & FTC Mail Order Rule
You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after checkout. In accordance with the FTC Mail Order Rule, if we cannot ship your order within the stated production window, we will notify you and you may consent to a delay or, at your option, cancel for a full refund.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside the USA.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or returned because of an incorrect address may require a re-shipping fee at the customer's expense.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please first contact the carrier to file a trace; then email us so we can help.
Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please email Hello@Daisydukedogs.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and the outer packaging. We do not require you to ship damaged personalized items back — please keep them; we will arrange a replacement at no cost. See our Refund Policy for full remake details.
